About Vic Dinovici

Hi there, this is Vic Dinovici.

I love running and staying healthy. I live in Toronto, Canada and anytime I get the chance, I go for a run. I also walk to work (9 km) in the winter and I ride my bike to work in the summer (19 km per day). I lost 40-50 lbs in the past 2 years watching the carbs, exercising more and eating healthier food.

I’m born in Transylvania in Romania in 1974 and I moved to Canada in 2007. I know what you’re thinking when you hear Transylvania but yes, I’m expected to live longer since an hour of running statistically lengthens life expectancy by seven hours.

Dinocracy, which comes from Dino(vici) + Autocracy (Demo)cracy, is my personal running journal. I write about running, what I eat and what I do to stay in shape. Stick around for tips on how to start on running and how to remain on track with a healthy living.

Let’s be friends on Fitbit, Strava and Instagram. I also have a 400 members group on Fitbit – feel free to join anytime.

Ciao,
Vic
